A day at the Mexican Rodeo

There's bullriding, tailcho and horse dancing

HERMISTON-The first of a series of Mexican Rodeos took place Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the Farm-City Pro Rodeo Arena at the Umatilla County Fair Grounds. The rodeos that are produced by Promociones Colima are scheduled for June 29, July 6, August 17, September 7, September 28, October 5 and the last on October 26.

Juan Mendoza, the rodeo promoter, said that he is working on increasing the payouts for the bullriding event for the June 29 rodeo.
