Hermiston Defeats Redmond In 9/10 Year Old Little League Softball Tournament Game

HERMISTON - The Hermiston 9/10 year old softball team won it's game in the Little League softball tournament against Redmond 12-1 on Sunday.

Hermiston lead 6-0 at the end of the first inning.

Redmond scored a run in the top of the second. Hermiston started off the bottom of the second by scoring two runs. Then with two runners on Hermiston Hermiston had three hits which drove in three more runs for the 11-1 lead.

Hermiston scored a run in the bottom of the third for the 12-1 lead. The game was called under the ten run rule at the bottom of the fourth inning.
