ECHO - The Echo Cougars defeated the Helix Grizzlies 69-25 on Friday, January 15, 2010. The Cougars dominated play from the very beginning. Helix wasn't able to score double figures in any period. The Grizzlies were only able to score 3 points in the fourth.

The top scorer for Echo was Jacob Eby with 17. Other top scorers for the Cougars included Glen Swanger with 9 points. Ray Harris and Bryan Ibarra each had 8. Jeremy Cisneros had 7 and Drew Keifer had 6.

The top scorers for Helix were Zach Sandin with 9 and Riley Sederburg and Grant McMurray each with 5. Tim Allen had 4 points.

Echo shot 50% in the first half, 39% in the second with 44.6% for the game. Helix shot 30% in the first half, 30% in the second half for 30% overall. Echo hit 45% of their freethrows and Helix hit 50% of their freethrows.
